Honeywell External Handheld Pump | CPD-HHP

The Honeywell Handheld Pump (CPD-HHP) is a lightweight, clip-on gas sampling pump that adds remote sampling capability to portable diffusion gas monitors already in service. It uses the standard flow adaptor supplied with compatible instruments, so teams can switch between diffusion and pumped sampling without changing detectors or buying a separate pumped monitor.

Built for confined space entry, tank and vessel checks and routine spot checks, the pump draws a sample from up to 45 metres away using a hard probe or flexible tubing. It replaces hand-aspirated bulb pumps and drop lines for faster, more reliable sampling, and a single fast charge gives up to 24 hours of operation to cover a full shift. Single-button operation with clear visual and audible indicators for power, flow fault and system status keeps training requirements low.

The pump is compatible with Honeywell portable diffusion gas monitors including the BW Flex 4, Flex 5 Series, BW Clip 4 and BW Solo, and can be used with detectors monitoring standard gases such as oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and flammable gases. Exotic gases are supported when PTFE lined tubing and suitable accessories are fitted. It connects using the standard flow adaptor already supplied with those instruments, so no additional adaptor is required.

Quick connect fittings allow probes, tubing and inline accessories to be exchanged in the field, with collapsible probes, PU and PTFE tubing, a water trap, ball float and weighted sintered filter available separately. Built-in coarse dust and water filters are user replaceable, and captive screws on the bracket and filter cover keep routine maintenance straightforward.
