The unique, robust construction of the 1-Zone High-Sensitivity Leak Detection Cable has two cores twisted around a central former, wrapped in an absorbent outer braid.1-Zone High-Sensitivity Leak Detection Cable provides a simple solution for highly sensitive applications, particularly for cable-tying directly to the underside of pipework.
Simple to install, the cable detects the presence of water and conductive liquids at any point along its entire length and can be washed, dried and re-used. 1-Zone Absorbent Leak Detection Cable is available in a variety of lengths to provide as much coverage as required and typically between 5 metres and 15 metres.
1-Zone Detection Cable is designed for a number of applications in sensitive environments including below raised floors, above suspended ceilings, cable-tied to pipework, laid around the base of plant, apparatus or tank, drip trays and laid in loops or wave pattern for general monitoring of larger areas,.
The start and end points of the cable are provided by either traditional Floodline® junction boxes or the Plug and Play Auto-Connect system and the monitored zone connects to any Floodline® zonal control panel.
